“ On Wednesday night, I had an hour drive back to Huntington Beach and wanted a quick bite of something. It was 930, or so. I saw Joes and pizza sounded good. I parked and walked in. They served by the slice which was perfect, but, its New York style... I was a little disappointed because Ive never really been a fan of the NY style, but I was hungry. I grabbed a couple of slices and a soda. I ate in the car and from the first bite I was hooked!! The crust had a nice crunch to it with a good chew and the flavor was great. The tomato, basil, and mozzarella was the first time Ive ever had pizza without meat, but it was AMAZING!! I dont know how it compares to being in NYC, but I will eat at Joes again when Im in town! Thanks guys for the great experience, fast service, and the great pie!! On a side note, the couple in line behind me were from NYC and they raved over how good it was at this location! ”
“ If you love NY style pizza then this spot is one of the best Ive ever had in Los Angeles. The flavor tastes exactly like NY pizza and the crust and underbelly of the pizza are cooked to perfection. The only downside is the pricing. Its very pricey for pizza. We paid about 70 for two large pizza pies. I highly recommend trying it. I had plain and pepperoni pizza. perfection ”

“ This is the BEST pizza in Los Angeles. Not many California pizza places actually get NY style pizza right, but this one sure did! “ Love love love Joes pizza! Authentic New York style pizza in LA. Been coming here for years and being half Sicilian I think Im a good judge of pizza lol. Joe himself is a great guy. He gives this big city a small neighborhood feel the way he treats everyone like theyre somebody. As far as the negative reviews about customer service, I had a few bad experiences here with new hires not the ppl who have been working here. The new hires have been consistently rude. But hey dont blame Joe for that, good help is hard to find. If you had a bad or rude experience , dont let that stop you from getting some great pizza here. Plus like I said , Joes a good guy , support one of the good ones. Give him some feed back hell listen. Nobody wants rude ppl working for them ”
“ I strolled in here after a not so great dental appointment at the same Plaza. Hungry as hell I went for a slice of the Sicilian with pepperoni. Soft and doughy with a good crunch to it. Delicious. Loved the mozzarella as well. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I soon forgot about the unfriendly dentist. It was also refreshing to find a spot that doesnt look like its designed like a mobile app. ”

Keep up the good work, your pizza looks good, and your always the going to have ungrateful people no matter what. “ Best pizza Ive had on the West Coast. Even better than some NY pizza Ive had out there. 1510 would recommend this place. Everything is made fresh to order unless you grab a premade slice, and those are worth it too. The hoagies are phenomenal, try the sausage, pepper, and onion one ”
